What a week we just had! We thouroughly enjoyed our second trip (this summer!) to California. Northern California was so different from San Diego and L.A. We were chilly almost the whole time; which was a welcome feeling after a long AZ summer. Anyway, we had a blast! Britt especially enjoyed it. I can't believe how lucky this kid is. He isn't even 2 yet and he's been on an airplane more than i have! The first one wasn't really for a vacation though...
He loved the flight and he really loved our car! Justin did too! We flew into San Jose, but our hotel and Justin's training office were in Mountain View, so we rented a car. That worked out though because then we got to sight-see more. We drove up the coast and into San Francisco a few times. It was so cool to see all the huge bridges and hippies living in trees. We got chased by a crazy homeless woman and Britt almost caught a sea gull! What an adventure! I can't wait till Justin has to go back so Britt and I can tag along again! I wonder where the next training will be...

Okay...at first I thought the Forest Gump one was with Justin's real shoes...I was like, "Huh? Did he put on some of Elliott's shoes by accident or what?" Wait...those aren't his real feet, are they? If so...they look great I mean...

yeah the shoes are attached to the ground in front of that bench at Bubba Gump's Shrimp restraunt in San Fran. We were walking down the coast to the Hyde St. Pier and some lady followed us saying, "yeah..good job guys...alright...look at you..." and other stuff i didn't hear because we started jogging away :) Mom said she saw her first homeless people in SanFran, so I guess it's pretty full of em.
Looks like you guys had a really great trip! Weird shoes and homeless people? Who could ask for more!! Sounds like fun! :)
