2007: A Year in Review

Instead of sending a Christmas card, I decided to post a "what we've been up to this year" blog... okay, okay, I just forgot about Christmas cards...but I'll still post the "what we've been up to" thing.

This year started off pretty slow...NOT! Things are never slow when your husband goes to school full-time and works 4 ten-hour shifts a week! Justin is very glad that he can put another few semesters behind him though. I've stayed busy at home, babysitting and keeping up with our little Britt. :) We had a few big changes this year, namely; Justin got a new car, we got a new computer, and Britt got his first fish. In June we took a weeklong trip to California, where we went to Disneyland and Sea World with Justin's family. We had so much fun that we're already trying to plan another trip to Disneyland. :) We had a great summer, during which Justin took a short break from school, and we spent lots of time with family. In August, Justin and I celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary. In September we got the chance to make a trip to San Francisco for a week! Justin was made Systems Administrator for a new system they will be using at the hospital where he works, and their training facility is in San Francisco, so Britt and I tagged along and we had a great time! In November, Justin and I were able to go away for a weekend and attend our first concert in two years. Then in December, we celebrated the second birthday of our sweet little boy.

Finally, our adorable 2-year-old, Britt, who grew hair this year!



Looking back, we were so blessed this year. We had good health and were able to spend lots of time with family. We look forward to what the next year brings. :)
