He was heartbroken when it was time to go home! I guess we'll just have to plan a slumber party at Granny & Grandpa's house so he can slide down the stairs all night! Thanks again, Granny and Gramps!

Who needs 'Six Flags?!?'
What do you get when you combine a two-year-old, a cardboard box, a staircase and two Grandparents who hate to say no?? Cardboard-box-stair-sliding! Also known as "Shtair Flonkkerton," for the Office fans out there :) Britt had way too much fun last night at Granny & Grandpa's house! It's a good thing Grandpa kept that box...it's just Britt's size! (by-the-way Brooke, there are two of those boxes...so Ellee and Britt can race!)

I wish the video I took would have worked...you'll just have to imagine Britt's high pitched squeals of joy!

I see that you're a fan of the exclamation point! So am I! You should join the Exclamation Point Awareness Society for the Awareness of Exclamation Points! Do you mind if I put a link to your blog on our site?!
-The EPASAEP! We get the point!
Sorry! I just felt that the story called for several of them! You see the way I'm talking here?! I would put exclamation points at the end of all of these sentences! On this one! and on that one! What can I say?! I just like to type with enthusiasm!
How fun for Britt. your parents are such good sports. It looks like you mom was having fun too. And that last pic is so sad. I am sure he was heart broken.
I think I use too many exclamation points too! We're so alike! :) Cute pictures! And, I'm sure Ellee will look forward to that next time we're there.
Thanks for the comment on my blog! Feel free to add me to your links. Britt is so cute and I love how kids can be entertained by simple inexpensive things. I wish I was small enough to do that still.
WWWHHOOOOOAA!!!! Wait a minute! You mean Granny and Grandpa were not only encouraging this delinquent behavior, they were actually PARTICIPATING?!?! Um, how many times when we were growing up did we get yelled at for doing that same thing? Wasn't it because we were going to tear up the carpet or put holes in the walls? Man, I always hear that the younger kids get all the fun but I guess this just goes to prove that the Grandkids get even more fun than the kids ever do! At least now Brett has someone to be jealous of! :P It looks like he was having fun though!! Maybe we can set up a tournament for over Pioneer Days... The Jones Grandkids Box Sledding Derby, or something like that! :D
(And I think the exclamation point addiction must be hereditary! We all have it!!! :o )
Oh my holy cow Granny, slow that Britty down!
I thought I saw him fly past our house! He was moving. I wouldn't have recognized him but I saw the curly hair and heard someone yell "GEEK!"
I'm so jealous of Britty! I think stair racing was a favorite for all of us when we were little. Beauzeau was the best at it...he was fearless! I think I was just about as fast as him...you know...with my dense mass and all!
You guys have a fantabulistical day! Hey Britt..."I wanna go FAST!"
P.S.--Breezers...don't ever let that boy cry again...how can you kill his dreams of going 'pro' in stair-racing by ending his night short of a world record!
MY FAVORITE PAST-TIME WITH MY BROS+ SIS' GROWING UP!! CLASSIC!! OH THE GOOD OL' DAYS!! KLINT WOULD SEND ME SAILING DOWN ON A CRIB MATTRESS-- OH THE TEARS!!
Seriously so cute! This is such a fun post! How sweet! --Reesers
