I'm so far behind on this month's events...where do I begin?...
How about the Pioneer Days Celebration....
Despite the fact that Justin had to work all weekend, we did manage to have a little fun. It was great to see lots of friends and family, and the parade and fireworks made for a fun time too. Plus we got to see the new Batman movie... so yeah, it was a great weekend. :)
Possibly Britt's favorite part of the parade: the dude in the taco costume. 
Britt just about had a heart attack when he caught this popsicle (or as we call them "pock-ol-pock")

Britt was so worn out by nap time that day that he fell asleep on the "sacky."
Britt had a blast playing with his cousins. Here they are after running in Granny and Grandpa's sprinkler.Britt, Jensen, Jorden, Jillen and Ellee...where's Jayden??
A few days later, we got an awesome rain storm. More than 3 inches! The road in front of our house looked like a river, 
and our grass had about an inch of water in it. Awesome, free irrigation...
Britt finished his second session of swimming lessons last Friday, and he is quite the swimmer! He loves to put on his goggles and dive under water to pick up rings and other toys. 
Yesterday we made a quick trip to Flagstaff and decided to let Britt watch the Cardinals at their training field. He was pretty excited to watch the "football guys."
Britt couldn't believe the size of this Lumberjack. :)
The highlight of Britt's week was his first scoop of Coldstone Creamery ice cream.

Cute pictures!! I love the ones of him with the ice cream and his hat. He looks so grown up!! We sure had fun playing with him last week. And I'm glad that you liked my quote for the hair piece pictures. I love that look on his face in the second one. He's just so cute!! :)

Oh and that ice cream looks so yummy. And holy cow that is some kind of river in front of your house! It was fun getting to see you for what was like 2.5 seconds. Next time it will be longer. :)
The rain was way fun except for the people who got flooded probably did not think so. I love the Britt girlie look! I hope you are feeling good. Call me if you need a slush!:)
