The Easter Bunny (AKA Grandma) gave Britt the surprise of his life this Easter...
See if you can guess who is who... Britt named the little guys (or girls, who knows!): Blueberry, Strawberry, Banana and Slimer
So, if you drive by our house and it smells like a farm... now you know why. :)

Thats crazy!!! I heard about those guys on the news! Where do you find them?
Those are the cutest little chicks I have ever seen! Haha I love the names. Where did you get them?!
We just got chickens too. 15 of them. HOW are they colored???
How fun. I bet he was so excited. I have been wondering what it was he was getting from you little teaser in the last post. And I think i guessed which ones are which. But I could be wrong. : )
Hey Ruthie! We FINALLY got Internet--so I just read through all your posts. The one with all the pics of Britt and Ellee made me just a LITTLE sad. We miss you all so much already. I just went for a walk and it was definitely not the same to not be able to just casually stroll by your house and get a drink of water. It pretty much stinks! Those chicks are adorable though! Are they still colored? How long does that last? And--yeah! Marnie's smile! So cute!
I think I figured out which one is which but maybe not! Britt is so fun. Those chicks are adorable. Your family just went from two boys and two girls to two boys and six bright chicks:)(dumb I know)
They are so cute! Brian has talked about getting chickens, but I am sure my dog will eat them all. You have to post about the how they got colored that way!
How cute!! We've raised chickens out here before. I love when they are so little! What type are they? The yellow ones for us were always the roosters! How fun! Just wait a couple months and things will really start to smell!
They had them at the feed store here in town. The chicks walked on a screen or something and they sprayed them with vegetable dye from every angle they could. Even their poop was colorful for a few days.
