enjoying summer
Last weekend was full of adventures, such as:
wheelbarrow rides
a good old-fashioned weenie roast
a big wind storm, which Marnie was NOT a fan of
water fights
watching water fights
by the way, we had just gotten back from a 12 mile bike ride and Kaitlynn still looks this good! There was no way I'd let anyone within 40 feet of me with a camera after that...
fishing
(which is best done while wearing a lucky hat- the uglier the better...)
watching people fish, while wearing a fishy dress
watching a mama duck and her 7 little ducklings
trying (desperately) to catch a baby duck
and (quite possibly my favorite picture of the weekend) uh... enjoying nature.

You're becoming quite the little photographer! Cute pictures. I love Marnie's blue eyes in the wind picture and of course love Britt's little cheeks. :)
I love summer activities. We need to keep up the pace. Great pics too. That last one really tops it off...haha. He was so good the whole time too. "We just have to be patient" haha, I loved it.

Wow, your family is really, really adorable. I guess I haven't read your blog for awhile--Britt's hair is so long, I LOVE IT. I think we may have seen the same ducklings the other day (was that Woodland Lake?). I love the picture of Britt taking a leak. So funny. I love little boys! How is it to have a baby girl now? I can't quite wrap my head around what that will be like. Anyway, I'm glad you're enjoying your summer! Hope to see you again sometime soon!
