Little Miss Mimic
Marnie is the biggest copycat I've ever met. Sometimes it drives me nuts (like when I turn off a light and she begs me to turn it back on just so she can turn it off too), sometimes it's awesome (like when she pees in the potty because that's what "Bubba" does), and sometimes it's just adorable (like when I leave my make up unattended for 20 seconds while I open the front door for the puppy).
She had to include Daddy and Britt too...

You're so much nicer than me! Emelyn's been doing the same thing lately--getting into my make-up and I finally just put her in the time-out corner and she sobbed and sobbed. She likes to sneak into the bathroom, empty the trash all over the floor and then tip the trashcan upside-down to use it as a stool to get up to the counter and get into all my stuff. The counter was COVERED in mascara and she had it all over her and her clothes. Looking back, I should have just laughed (like I did today when she opened her PB&J sandwich and smeared her face into it, then put it all over her hair, her clothes, the counter and finally tore it into pieces and threw them all over the floor. She then pulled all of her juicy grapes apart and squeezed them onto the floor and threw them down. It was a HUGE mess! But, I just smiled and stripped her down and cleaned it up.) ...yeah...I didn't react as kindly with the bathroom mess. Though...it took way less time to clean up. Hmmm...maybe I should have reversed those... :) Marnie is adorable!
Hope Marnie continues in the potty, stickers are cool at our house, especially when they are scratch and sniff. We were looking at older post and Marnie's hair sure looks darker when she was younger and Autumn still gets tears in her eyes when she watches the video of Marnie laughing. would like to get them together soon. Did Jordan move to the west side? Let us know if you come down.
Found out Jordan is only 4 miles from us. Let us know if you ever visit them.
