Another wild trip...
Here are just a few of the things we enjoyed over the last few days: A show at The Modified (featuring The Yellow Minute, The Ruby Suns & Le Loup), delicious chicken fingers from Rock & Roll Fingers: the best chicken place on the planet (I'm making this into a link, so if you're ever in Tempe, AZ and you're hungry...eat there!), we also enjoyed hillsides of beautiful yellow wildflowers (the picture does not even come close to illustrating how lovely it was), Britt got his first water-color set and is already covering our walls with his masterpieces... and last, unfortunately I don't have any pictures of Britt falling down the stairs at my Mom and Dad's house (thanks again for babysitting, Mom!...actually it wasn't as bad as it sounds, and we do really appreciate you taking over Britt-duty for a few days) :)

Here's a little sample of Le Loup

yum those chicken fingers do look good. We will have to check that place out if we can find it. :) Sounds like you had fun. Man I want to get away with my hubby for an overnighter without our little guy. But i doubt that will happen anytime soon. :) Oh and Britt is cute as ever. Not good news bout the falling down the stairs. But glad to hear he is okay. YIKES!
Sounds like a fun trip. We haven't been to Rock & Roll Fingers forever. Last time we were there I was pregnant and got super sick afterward, but I think I'm ready to try it again. I think it was a pregnant thing.
Sounds like you guys had a fun time!! And the flowers are really amazing this time of year, huh? Poor little Britt!! I guess the stairs have claimed another victim. :( But I'm glad he's alright. And that's exciting to see that he's discovering his artistic streak. Maybe he will become the next Picaso...We can call him Britt-caso!! :D
I have never heard of that place before. I will have to check it out. It sounds like you had an enjoyable time! Next week will be our first time without McKay for a night and I'm nervous but very excited.
I'm sorry to hear about Britt falling down the stairs! I hope he's ok.
Okay let me clarify! He didn't go down ALL the stairs, just a couple. They are carpeted, thankfully since he hit on his face first. Just a little bloody nose and some rug rash. I mean come on, that happens to us all at one time in our lives, right? But he does go down on his tummy or bottom now, he won't fall again. And he sure was a good help in getting the basement set up for Brett. So I guess I forgot to mention that at the park he fell out of the swing? Hey he's the one that let go! I have witnesses! No marks on him though, thankfully. So if anyone needs a babysitter...I'm available.
Great...and, I'm moving there where Mom can let Ellee fall down the stairs or out of a swing at her convenience! What am I thinking!? :)
Hey...how dangerous could Granny be? I mean...six out of six kids made it to adulthood...well, at least by age...mentality is another thing! You know what I'm talking about Breezers! (you're totally a kid at heart and you know it!)
Reesers got to talk to Britt on the phone the other day...and she just about melted. What a sweet little boy:)
