About a week ago Justin, Britt and I were sitting around in the living room when Britt (out of nowhere) informs us that, "I a penis, I live in mine own office." We both burst out laughing and as soon as we could catch our breath we asked what the heck he was talking about. He just casually replied, "I a penis, I live in mine own office." So since then we've thought, "is our kid a perv? what's he talking about?" After almost a week of wondering what he was talking about, it finally came to us...
Justin and I were relaxing on the couch while Britt kept himself busy practicing his cool tricks. Nobody was really paying attention to what was on the TV, but once a commercial came on and Britt started repeating it, it just clicked. Have you seen these Windows commercials? "I'm a PC, and I wear headbands...I'm a PC, and I this and I that...I'm a PC, and this is my office." It's not a word that's thrown around all haphazard-like at our house, but Britt must have picked it up somewhere and he thought all these people were saying that they're penises! Needless to say, we've been having some major pronunciation lessons lately... :)
