aaaand, NOW we're ready!

I'm so excited! I finally finished the bedding set I've been wanting to make for this baby girl's crib. (A HUGE thank you to my mom for all her help!) It feels so strange to have things waiting for her, since we had very little ready before Britt was born. It's been so fun to decorate a little girl's room... even though she won't have her very own room yet. She and Justin's guitars will be sharing a room for now. (How cool is that? I don't know many other little girls who sleep in a guitar studio..) :) I painted the "Snow White" mirror that hung in my room while I was growing up, and made a cross stitch of cherries to go with her polka dots and cherries theme. I have a few other things to put up, but one might give away her name... so we'll keep that hidden until it's not a secret anymore. :)




My bag is packed...

and Britt's "pack-pack" is packed...

so whenever she decides to come, we're ready! (and, naturally, there's a big snow storm on the way too... let's hope we don't have to drive to the hospital in two feet of snow...)
