overheard at a restaurant:

old couple sitting next to us...

old lady: Aww! Look at that darling baby girl! Isn't she the sweetest thing you've ever seen?
old man: Yeah, well they both are. The older one looks just like Shirley Temple.

and I laughed into my napkin.



I'll take it as a compliment. I always liked Shirley Temple. :)
