This particular day (since Jordan and Kaitlynn were visiting) we all had breakfast at Justin's parents' house. Thanks again Grandma T! :)
Here are Britt and Uncle Jordan getting excited for some french toast.
Justin and Jordan always have "science on the brain"... and here's the proof. I don't know too many other grown men that build 'viruses' out of Legos in their free time. (We still love them though, right Kaitlynn?) :)
Next, after showering and getting all ready, we decided to try something new and visit the county fair. Britt loved all the animals.
Here Britt is discovering that the headrests in Daddy's car have a hole in them: the perfect place for a stuffed armadillo to peak through!
Britt's favorite in the scarecrow contest was (of course) the Batman one.
We had to make a stop in the livestock section to see Justin's cousin's prize winning lambs. (Britt used to feed them when they lived by Grandma Ruby's house.)
Time for lunch! Mmmm, hot dogs!
When we got home, Britt was still sleepy, so while he napped...
Justin got some Calculus homework done...
I hung some new pictures on the wall...
and made (more) rice krispy treats. (my only real craving, so far, with this pregnancy...)
Check out that hair! I've never seen anyone with hair so crazy after a 2 hour nap!
Yippee! A visit from the Webbs! Britt and Jameson (and Alex) had a fun time playing, while the grown ups got to enjoy some conversation. This was definitely the highlight of the day! :)
Bedtime snack time... why just eat the yogurt when you can paint with it? :)
After a much needed bath, it's time for some strawberry milk and cuddles for Britt and Daddy. We're so glad it's (finally) chilly enough to need a blanket in the evening!
So that was our day! Pretty exciting compared to most days around here... but who knows what will happen next month! :)

Yeah!! You did it!! And you had a pretty exciting day too! Especially compared to mine... I would have had pictures of the computer all day. :P I love the Lego virus. Jorden is gonna have to try that one! I'm sure he'd love playing that game with Justin and Jordan. :D And I love Britt's 'after-nap' hair -- so cute!!
Looks like a fun day! I'm glad you did this one. Like I told Brandi--hopefully next month I'll have a little one to take pictures of to make the day a little more crazy and exciting! I hope anyway! And, I LOVE Britt's hair! What a lucky kid.
I love this idea. I need to try it next month. If I remember like the rest of them. :) And what an exciting day. I want to go to the fair! Thats no fare that you get to go. :) And I too love Britt's hair after his nap. It looks like you and Justin have an artist on your hands with that fantastic yogurt art.
